Silk Milk and So Delicious paired up for “The Goods” tour to build awareness of plant-based products in college & university students.

The tour rolled up to 44 colleges and universities in an custom-made E-Tuk and sampled to 8K consumers. Consumers could participate in a sampling flight of plant-based yogurts by Silk. Data on consumer preferences and demographics was collected via an iPad survey. Grab-and-go sampling was available on the back side of the E-tuk to increase awareness of breadth of product line. Aspirational messaging educated Gen-Z about the benefits of plant-based products and how they can affect us on a personal and global level.

Each time we eat and drink, we can vote for the world we want.

Through our yogurt sampling flight, students got to taste 4 different flavors and provide feedback via an online survey. With our branded app experience, participants could rate each flavor.

Consumer Insights

Over 75% of students would purchase Silk Soft Serve if it were available on campus.
