What if healing isn’t about fixing—but about discovering a creative, joyful, and profoundly authentic way of living?

hi, i’m Liz

a medicine woman, psychedelic artist, and guide for deep healing and creative liberation, based in sunny Southern California.

I support creative visionaries, high-achieving helpers and healers in reclaiming their power, reconnecting to their truth, and pioneering their own sacred path.

Through a unique fusion of breathwork, somatic healing, psychedelic integration, and purposeful play, I help people move beyond fear, self-doubt and survival mode—and into a state of flow where clarity, confidence, and inspired action come naturally.

My own path has taken me through the depths—navigating childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, and long periods of creative disconnection. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, alone, and uncertain of the way forward.

But I also know what’s possible on the other side.

Through years of ceremony, inner work, and devotion to the creative and healing arts, I’ve come to see that transformation isn’t just about release—it’s about remembering. Reclaiming your essence. Awakening your aliveness. Letting your healing be magical, embodied, and fully your own.

My approach is deeply integrative and trauma-informed—an invitation to go far beyond surface-level shifts and into the root causes of what’s kept you small or spinning. The spaces I hold are designed for lasting, soul-level liberation.

If you’re ready to walk the spiral path—to come home to yourself, your purpose, and your own medicine—I’m here to walk beside you.

Outside of my client work, you’ll often find me in the studio painting or pasting down a new collage, or on the dance floor during festival season, touring my interactive art installation Portals—a visual experience of altered states and awakening, featured across Southern California’s festival scene.

Outside of my healing and coaching pursuits, you’ll find me immersed in my art—pasting down a new collage or painting in my studio. During festival seasons, I’m often dancing barefoot and touring my projection installation, Portals, which has been featured throughout the Southern California. These moments of creativity and connection fuel my passion for deepening the flow of life.
