Hi I’m Liz

I walk the path of a medicine woman—guiding others back to their center through the practices like breath and meditation.

I know what it feels like to live in the storm—PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and endless overthinking once defined my life. Through years of deep inner work, I discovered how these simple practices could unlock freedom where I once felt stuck.

Now, I hold space for others to step into new patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with the truth of who they are.

My work weaves together ancient wisdom with science-backed tools and intuitive, heart-led guidance — helping you connect to the resilience that is already within you.
